Special thanks to those who attended David's funeral service, your presence was greatly appreciated. Grateful thanks to Dr Victoria Lynch and the District Nurses from Kirkburton Health Centre for all the care given to David, to Rev Martin Crompton for his kind words and comforting service and to Norman Butterworth and Colleagues at The Huddersfield Funeral Home for the efficient arrangements, finally thank you to David himself for his planning and forethought which made things so much easier for us all. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
